Forecasts & assumptions

Separate currencies. Inspect timing and conditions.

The daily forecast is calculated locally using the recorded snapshot and dated flows. The thirteen-week report summarizes weekly movements and daily lows. Account funding shows whether cash is in the account assigned to a future obligation.

Read the right metric

  • Recorded cash: local cash facts under recorded observations, not a live bank balance.
  • Available cash: decision cash after active restrictions, which are distinct from floor buffers.
  • Minimum balance: the lowest projected balance in the chosen horizon.
  • First breach: the first date the recorded cash floor is breached.
  • Worst shortfall: the greatest deficit relative to the floor; it can occur after the first breach.
  • Closing balance: the horizon's ending value, not its minimum.

Expected collections remain conditional. Missing or unknown dates do not mean zero risk. Display-only FX does not add spendable funds. Use forecast vs actual to inspect deviations from a separately saved forecast.
